Christine has been a gamer since 1981, when she was introduced to Dungeons and Dragons by her mother and her mother’s friends. She got through the whole “suicidal devil-worshipers” scare, has seen the percentage of gamer girls increase, and hopes that this whole ugly #Gamergater nonsense dies a fiery death soon.
In college, her interests expanded to include other systems, such as Champions, ElfQuest, Villains & Vigilantes, and most strongly, GURPS. The first piece of writing she ever sold for actual money was to Steve Jackson Games‘ Pyramid Magazine, and she went on to help playtest several GURPS sourcebooks and worldbooks as well as contributing characters to GURPS Villains.
After having an article titled “GURPS Sex” politely but amusedly turned down, Christine and her husband went on to write and publish their own supplement for adding adult content to roleplaying campaigns.
Naughty and Dice: An Adult Gamer’s Guide to Sexual Situations
Tim Morgan, Christine’s husband, devoted years of his life to the creation of a combination rules system and worldbook focusing on a low-magic medieval setting. Christine helped out with the edits and flavor text.
